The float outside the measuring rod moves up and down along the measuring rod with the change of liquid level. When the permanent magnet ring inside the float meets the pulse current magnetic field in the probe rod, the magnetic field changes, and a torsional wave pulse is generated at the position where the float is located. This pulse is transmitted back along the waveguide wire at a fixed speed.
   By measuring the time difference between the pulse current and the torsional wave, the position of the float can be accurately determined, that is, the position of the liquid surface.
   The highest accuracy can reach 0.1mm.

Level Meter Installation

Master the correct installation method

The installation method is flexible and supports threaded installation, flanged installation, bypass pipe installation and other forms. Generally installed through the tank top, especially suitable for underground storage tanks and already skidded storage tanks, without affecting normal production. During installation, ensure that the measuring rod is vertical, the float moves freely, and the connection is reliably sealed. Level Meter Wiring Introduction

Two-wire connection method: OUT+ is connected to the power supply positive pole, OUT- is the output positive pole connected to the instrument negative pole, suitable for 4-20mA output.

Three-wire connection method: OUT+ power supply positive, TEST+ output positive, OUT- common negative pole, supporting more flexible signal output.

Power supply sequence is recommended black yellow red corresponding to ground, signal, power supply. Use shielded cable for wiring, correctly configure address and baud rate (RS485 mode). Check the wiring before powering on. It is recommended to use isolated power supply to reduce interference. The wiring module supports waterproof and explosion-proof design, and on-site display is optional.
